Hi GENKI desuka?? In the Japanese calendar, ten days which will start tomorrow are called "Golden Week". That is because a holiday can be enjoyed by continuation for about ten days if Saturday, Sunday, and a public holiday are totaled. My office is made "free attendance" to which only the person in charge attends office when there is work. I am doing a plan to go to the Hakodate art museum to see Special Exhibition "Toulouse-Lautrec Print and Poster" ++Hakodate Art Museum : (Japanese Only)and I want go to see Special Exhibition "Dick Bruna / Let's go to the Museum" at Sapporo Art Park. ++Sapporo Art Park : (Japanese Only)What do you want to do this spring? These are this week images! Have a fun!! Image AImage B

I want a Golden Week too!!!
Great Job Marimba. Those textures look really nice, and the colors are very pretty. Just one thing that stood out to me on the first image was the girl's fore-arm looks a bit large and her wrist a too thick in proportion to the rest of her. I realize it's a tricky reference photo. But lovely stuff anyhow ;D

MarimbaOh very quickly action!!! beautiful stuff this time. It seems that the texture was somewhat too strong. You should use only a few, when using a texture. Probably, it will look like real stone wall. I think that You should use the texture of a person and a background properly. For example, it will become better, if a stone texture is used for a background and the texture of sand is used for a person. and I also vote to Elisa. As for a photograph, a front arm looks bigger by the effect of a lens. However, since your work consists of flat, adjustment of a front arm is required for it. ElisaNice comment! I want to see your sweet works very much!!! JunyNice take! I especially like 1st one. your marker works are really sweet!! I want to see more and more!! _____________________________________________ These are my quick drawing. have a fun!

Juny, nice to meet you too I like that marker drawing best as well, the markers look good with that style. Marty,I like how the expression came out on your second one, she looks so pleased. Finally I post again! Thanks for all the kind words, I hope you like this one, it's done in acrylic. she ended up looking a little bit pregnant but that's ok I guess

ElisaThank you commentary I am not at all good at drawing the arm. I redrew its fore-arm. Has my illustration been improved a little? your illustration is very beautiful. because I am making the illustration with paints and the pastel, I see your illustration, and am researched ;D MartyThank you commentary I corrected illustration. I like color of this illustration very much. JunyThank you commentary The woman of the illustration of the second that you drew thinks it is very gentle, and I like it very much. I want also to see your work more. [img src="http://www1.odn.ne.jp/~cbc05490/img/illust/117[2].jpg"][img src="http://www1.odn.ne.jp/~cbc05490/img/illust/118[2].jpg"]

Marimba, Thank you I'm glad you liked it and that it can help you in your painting, I'm honored I think your illustration has improved, the way you've change the shape of the hand and wrist looks better but I think you could still shrink the front arm down some more (in the case of this illustration I think it's necessary to ignore the reference photo and just go by what you think looks right) I like that pattern you've added to the dress!

ElisaNice stuff!!! It is right if she who was reflected in your eyes has become pregnant. Since Dojo is aimed at drawing an illustration by original interpretation, your idea is suitable. The spot of the light which leaked from the hat is very beautiful. This illustration matches very much the drawing material which you used. Great job!!! Marimbayes, fixed version became nice! I think if you can fix more, it will become more nice! I evaluate that you used a new pattern for cloth. and It's very wonderful to have taken in the flower pattern into the hat and the dress. Moreover, the concentration is exellent!!.
