I received FunnyClubFigure of the vinyl sculpture of B.B.Birdy to which the Internet friend's Nakanari belongs. >>> 2005 The Funny Club Show ( www.bbbirdy.com/funnyclubshow.html) I do the work which remakes this vinyl sculpture in my original design. The work which I began first is a sketch. The line drawn with the brown pencil is an original design. And a blue line is my design. I decided to remake this sculpture to "the girl whom a sport likes." Therefore, it is necessary to change the size of each part. This sculpture of parts other than the head and an ear is made of vinyl. Since processing with vinyl was difficult, I decided to process it, after reproducing by resin. The head part was divided four parts and changed into a form like a Rugby ball. Since it would advance adjusting several times, the spare also made each part. Since the first preparation was completed, I goes into work of each part after this.

The part of a body is shortened and a joint ball is strengthened. This is original. The prepared parts are 4mm bead, 0.2mm wire, and 3mm plastic stick. A bead is pasted on wire. The done part is pasted up on a plastic stick. It will become such if a joint part is attached in a body part. This report is above.

The arm and the leg were extended. Can the image of completion be imagined now in this stage? The arm and the leg attached thickness by Polyputty. Since the surface is not cutted yet, it is visible slightly like horror.

I discovered that original joint part was not made correctly. I reproduced original correctly. However, the part was already inaccurate. I decided to remake a joint part. and I decided to use "M.S.G" of "Kotobukiya." The joint part of an arm and a leg was cut and MSG was attached. In order to check the position of a face, the face was drawn with the pencil. A joint part appears with these photographs. Then, these joint parts are covered by PolyPutty. Moreover, there are no front hair and no horizontal hair in this photograph yet.
